On the occasion of the arrival of the New Year in 2017, at 9:30 am, the company's conference room was successfully held with the resounding national anthem. The meeting first summarized and affirmed the work of the labor union in the past few years, recognized the hard won achievements in the comprehensive development of the company under the leadership of the company, and also analyzed the existing gaps. 　　Wang Zengming's suggestion for environmental improvement: Strengthen the maintenance of the inertia ball dust collector to reduce the impact of dust on employees; Representatives Xin Dongbing, Xu Limin, and Xiao Mingcai: Strengthen the maintenance and upkeep of equipment such as electric furnaces and tempering baskets, improve equipment lifespan, and enhance production efficiency; Representative Liu Min put forward quality assurance suggestions: strengthen the maintenance of spectroscopic and other laboratory equipment to improve accuracy; Representative Chen Sihai put forward suggestions for cost control: timely processing or targeted improvement of the utilization rate of new mold sand, effective improvement of product authenticity rate, and so on. All suggestions were discussed and analyzed in a timely manner during the meeting, and solutions and follow-up implementation decisions were proposed. The conference has achieved significant results and is full of positive and far-reaching significance.

　　Comrade Huang Hailin, the newly elected executive chairman of the trade union, delivered a report on the future work of the trade union on behalf of the current trade union committee. The report first clarified that in accordance with the rights and obligations granted by the Trade Union Law and the Chinese Trade Union Constitution, the trade union will conscientiously fulfill its responsibilities, effectively safeguard its rights, and maximize its four functions, striving to build a trade union organization team that seeks benefits for workers and solves problems for factory leaders. Continuously improving organizational functions, coordinating labor relations, uniting and leading employees to actively participate in democratic management of the enterprise, actively listening to the voices of employees, actively assisting disadvantaged employees, and wholeheartedly doing practical things for employees. Efforts should be made to improve the cultural, sports, and entertainment activities of employees, promote their sense of ownership, and organize timely and conditional activities such as skill competitions, table tennis, tug of war, and card games to not disappoint the trust of the majority of employees.
