Experience of the Quality Improvement Training Course for Production Enterprise Leaders in Anhui Province in 2017

　　At the end of December 2017, I was appointed by the company to attend a 2-day quality improvement training course for production enterprise leaders in Anhui Province. The training will be held at the Anhui Provincial Quality Inspection Center in Hefei. The training will be divided into four parts: the first part will be a special report on the main responsibility of product quality enterprises, the second part will be a special report on product quality law, the third part will be a special report on practical work of product quality supervision and spot checks, and the fourth part will be a special report on post-processing work of product quality supervision. The meeting lasted for 2 days, and I have some insights to share as follows.

　　The first part is for enterprises to fully implement their main responsibility for product quality and safety. In recent years, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have attached increasing importance to product quality and safety work. It has become an urgent requirement for enterprises to fulfill their legal and social responsibilities for product quality and safety, as well as for the whole society and consumers. With the development of the economy, the problem of low product quality has become a prominent obstacle to China's economic and social development. It is an inevitable requirement for enterprises to transform the economic development mode by implementing the main responsibility of product quality and safety, adhering to the development path of quality and efficiency, brand reputation, independent innovation, and resource conservation.

　　The second part of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China strengthens management and supervision of quality through legislation, and the degree of importance attached can be imagined. There are a total of 74 articles that I will not list here one by one. Colleagues who are interested in learning can borrow them from me. Our company's products are all accompanied by a national quality inspection report issued by Ma'anshan Inspection Center. When leaving the factory, there is a certificate of conformity with the product name, manufacturer name, factory address, and specifications marked in Chinese (English for export).

　　The third part of the product quality supervision and spot check work involves the establishment of special funds by the state, which will be allocated by the same level finance department to the same level supervision and spot check. The activities of planned random sampling and inspection of products produced and sold within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall be organized in accordance with the law, and the results of the spot check shall be announced and processed. The supervision and spot check shall comply with the principles of science and impartiality. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China plans and manages the national supervision and spot check work in a unified manner; Responsible for organizing and implementing national supervision and spot checks; Summarize, analyze, and report information on national supervision and spot checks. The quality inspection departments at all levels are responsible for supervising and spot checking within their respective regions, and submitting supervision and spot checking information to the higher-level quality inspection departments. The number of random inspection personnel must not be less than 2; There should be a notice of supervision and spot check, copies of relevant documents, or valid identification documents. If there are any objections to the test results, a written request for re inspection can be submitted to the department responsible for organizing supervision and spot checks or its superior quality inspection department within 15 days from the date of receiving the test results.

　　The fourth part of the product quality supervision post-processing work includes measures such as announcement, notification, rectification review, administrative punishment, and transfer after supervision and spot checks. The handling of product quality supervision and spot checks throughout the province shall be carried out in accordance with the principle of "unified requirements, graded implementation, and respective responsibilities". Quality and technical supervision departments at all levels should establish supervision and spot checks on the post-processing files of unqualified product production enterprises. Implement a system of accountability for fault after supervision and spot checks. The production enterprises of products that fail the supervision and spot check shall complete the rectification work within 30 days from the date of receiving the notice of rectification order, according to the following requirements, and submit a rectification report to the quality and technical supervision department responsible for post-processing, and apply for re examination.

　　Huihong Company also attaches great importance to product quality and has a complete quality control system. The head of the quality department, as the first person responsible for product quality, supervises all aspects throughout the process. From the strict sampling inspection of raw materials by the procurement department in conjunction with various departments after entering the factory, to real-time monitoring of the furnace front and back during the production process, to the continuous improvement of the process in the heat treatment workshop, and finally to the routine inspection of each batch of products before they can be stored in the finished product warehouse.

　　On the basis of continuing to establish an after-sales service department, the sales company also set up a customer service center in 2018, which has a complete pre-sales, in sales, and after-sales service system.

　　At the 2018 New Year's Day conference, the company put forward the resounding business slogan of "Quality and Brand Improvement Year", and on the same day, the company specifically established a quality work leadership group, with Chairman Mr. Song Aiwen personally leading the quality group leader. In 2018, the company will have higher requirements and strict control in terms of quality, and I also believe that Huihong Company will achieve greater victories in quality work in the new year!

　　The above is the main training content and some of my small insights. In the context of the shift from quantity to quality in China, our company is constantly improving our quality and safety system, and the high demands of the market are also driving our company's quality progress. Our company's next goal is to strive for a development path that emphasizes quality and efficiency, brand reputation, independent innovation, and resource conservation.
