Announcement of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Suspending Access to the Foundry Industry

　　In the three years since the implementation of the management of admission announcements in the foundry industry, our department has organized three batches of quasi eight announcement applications for the foundry industry, which have played an important role in promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in the foundry industry, improving the level of resource and energy utilization, promoting the adjustment and transformation of the industrial structure of the foundry industry, and curbing low-level redundant construction and blind expansion of production capacity. With the revision of national energy-saving and environmental protection regulations and standards, some provisions of the "Eight Conditions for the Casting Industry" can no longer meet the needs of industry development, and it is necessary to revise the "Eight Conditions for the Casting Industry" and its management methods. In order to further improve the management of the casting industry, after research, it has been decided to suspend the application work for the quasi eighth announcement of the casting industry. The following tasks are notified:

　　1、 Suspend the ten reporting work for the admission announcement of casting enterprises in 2016 and subsequent years. After the revision of the new "Casting Industry Standard Conditions" and management measures is completed, the Ministry of Culture will notify the organization to carry out the ten reporting work for casting industry standards.

　　2、 Please organize the third batch of casting enterprises in your local area to log in to the casting enterprise admission announcement application platform (zr foundry. com. cn) before August 25th to complete the data information submission for the previous year.

　　3、 Please continue to comply with the requirements of the "Management Measures for the Eighth Announcement of the Casting Industry" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Zhuang (2013J 375)), and urge local announced enterprises to complete the update of data information for the previous year on the casting enterprise admission announcement application platform (zr. foundry. com cn) before March 31 each year, and review the annual report data information of announced enterprises on the application platform.

　　4、 We need to strengthen supervision, inspection, and on-site spot checks on the maintenance of the eight conditions for enterprises that have been announced in the local area, and submit the inspection results to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Equipment Industry Department) before August 31 each year.
